Unhappy Temp problem

Hi everyone!
Im new here.
Well i read a lot of this forum, but now im sodesperate that i had to registr here and ask for help.
I have 850 combi, 2.0 non turbo 93kW, year 1995 with LPG STAG 300.
I have car about a year now.
I buy car 20.000km ago and make big service.
I make new timming belt, water pump, thermostat, ECT, PCV system, headgasket, refubrished head, clean everything, new clutch kit, new steering rack, some bearings, complete suspension etc..
I have never problem like now.
In this time is here a cold weather and i have big problem with starting engine in morning or when its cold.
It take about 20 seconds to start.
Well, after reading on few forums i make this:
New fuel pump, new fuel pump relay, new plug wiring, new spark plugs, new titan O2 sensor, new distributor and cap, new fuel regulator, injectors are cleaned, throttle body cleaned, TPS is working fine.
And i have ECT for about 15.000km, well i hear it can make this problem with start, so i buy new, but nothing happend. After one week with new Hella ECT gauge tell me engine temp is on low and engine idling about 1500rpm. Gauge is on the first point of the gauge.
But thermostat working, because top hose is very hot and LPG ecu tells me temp is great.
I try measure with ohm meter and ECT looks good, TPS too, idle valve is cleaned and have 0.8Ohm - so is good too. Today i cleaned connectors on ECT and spray it with contact spray, ECU pins too. Nothing happend.

As you can see i try hard as i can, but now im so screwed.

Any advice, please?

Many thanks, Pesek.

So you are saying you've replaced every ignition part, every fuel delivery part, serviced the MAF and still have a long cold crank?

Have you measured wet/dry compression? measure the pressure at the fuel rail to make sure nothing is bleeding off when cold and check pressure when running etc? Confirm you have correct plugs and the gap is .028 inch (not sure of the mm spec .7mm or so?) Once running does the temp gauge behave normally?

I take it there are no CEL codes (ie you see 1-1-1 in the LED ?) to read codes on a 95, use the diagnostics box under the hood in front of #1 cylinder. Check out volvotips.com for lists of codes and how to set the jumper.

Hi there. Thanks for answer.
I think i dont have maf. Map i found and clean with no differences.
Well, i dont measure compressions. Plug gap is 0.7mm, thats correct. I try normal spark plug, copper/silver inside wire or what is that and Denso ik20TT iridium.
Cel tried too.. Was have 1-1-1 - no errors :-/
When its run, temp gauge is down at first point and i think there is my problem. Maybe is runing too rich and when its cold, ecu cant measure temp and its too lean?
When is engine warm, everything its okay. Except temp gauge..

I think your thermostat is stuck open. Pop the two bolts out and remove the thermostat; bet it's broken in half. This means your engine is getting max cooling ALL the time. Your coolant temperature gauge is likely working fine.
If you've been running like this for awhile, you've been washing the cylinders with too much fuel, and now your engine oil is gas diluted, which will cause poor compression, and hence hard starting.
This is all a hunch based on the info in your post, but check it out. Pull the dipstick and smell it for fuel; it should NOT smell like gas. If it does, do an oil and filter change, after you fixed the thermostat.
