How to drain tank on Volvo c30 1.6d

Hi all.Any help on how to siphon fuel out of my c30? I tried the old stype garden hose through the fuel neck but no luck.i hoped to use fuel pump and fuel pump relay trick but cannot locate the relay.please help.
