Lack of power, EGR, Bypass Valve

Hi guys, new member here.

I have been having some issues with my car recently (2009 C30 R-Design 1.6D) with the car feeling like there is no turbo. I looked all over the engine for loose boost/intercooler pipes but everything was ok and the turbo sounded healthy. I decided to go the garage and see if the car was throwing up any fault codes and Lo and behold, it throws up quite a few which include:
  • 68C7 By Pass Valve Intercooler faulty signal
  • 68D7 By Pass Valve intercooler Jammed
  • 6890 By Pass Valve charge air cooler (CAC) signal too high
  • 4487 exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control, flow too high
  • 44A0 EGR valve signal too high
  • 4438 Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) control jammed.
Iv located the EGR easily, but cant find the bypass valve and was thinking of replacing these as a solution. My question here is where is the by pass valve located and should i replace both of these or is there another way to fix them?
Thanks in advance!

Garry
