USB Flash Drive not working in 2013 C-30
 

My 2013 C30 (RD) is not able to play music from my Flash Drives. I have purchased and tried 4 of them from 4 GB to 32 GB and none of them will play. They are all formatted using the FAT-32.

Does anyone know why this is occurring? I'm sure I've done everything by the book. Any info or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Could be the USB port. Should be under warranty anyway

I had a similar problem a while back and the dealer service guy pointed out to me that the file format isn't supported. I think it was m4p. I know it'll do mp3 tho, so I had to convert the music files.
