is it possible to install a backup camera in my hardtop C70 T5 convertible? and if so, any recommendations? where would i get one, and who could install it (e.g., dealership, commercial mechanic, etc.)?

 

Good morning. I purchased the “Solar” backup camera from Amazon in February of 2024. The camera bracket installs on the back license plate. Very easy to install yourself and requires no wiring just a Bluetooth connection. It charges by the sun but has a backup charger if you don’t keep the car outside. It has been extremely reliable. Stays charged for a long time. You just need to plug it into cigarette lighter adapter. Closing the door automatically activates the camera. The screen is bright and clear and attaches to the dash easily. There are many adjustments that you can make so the lanes are easy to see and very accurate. It’s been a great product.
