C70 will not start! Help!!

My wife has a 1998 C70 convertible with 90,000 miles. The other morning, I started her car and went off to work. She calls and the car had stalled and will not start. When I get home that afternoon, I checked the car and it seemed to be low on gas. I added 4 gallons and with a little effort she starts. I drive it around a bit and think we are good to go. An hour later, get in it and it will not start. She seems to start for a second and dies. There is fuel pressure to the motor, how much, I do not know. I've banged on the gas tank and nothing. I've jumped the fuel pump relay and nothing. What could it be? Thanks in advance!

Have you gotten a fix yet? Did you have the car scanned for codes? When the car doesn't start does it crank?

If the gas tank was run real low you might have picked up some moisture from the tank or trash. I never run a car below 1/4 tank. Try a can of SeaFoam added to at least 1/2 tank of 89 octane. Winter weather temps will cause this problem.

If you do not hear the fuel pump turn on when you try to start it, you likely have a bad fuel pump relay. I believe they should be replaced every 10 years. If you think you properly jumped the relay and it still didn't start the pump it's likely bad.

From reading other posts, I tried some starting fluid and she started. Took it out on the highway and she runs great. Shut it off and tried to start, nothing!

Where is the connection to connect the analyzer? We have looked under dash on both sides and cannot find anything.

On the C70 I believe the OBDII port is located in the armrest center console area.

Lift up armrest, there is a dark grey plastic cover marked OBDII.
