car stumbling at cruising speeds?

Ive noticed over the past couple weeks my 98 c70 HPT coupe accellarates fine and idles fine. BUT every 10 min or so ill feel a little stumble from either the engine or trans when im doing about 60 mph. i havent really torn into it yet and investigated, i figured id ask around online before i took it to a mech.

Could be a clogged Vent system,Mass Flow sensor going bad, It could be many things. Sad to say but you will have to try to wait till a check engine light comes on to know where to look.
