Does anyone know if the head/side light and high level vent controls should illuminate like the heater controls do, when the headlights are on?

If so anyone know how to replace these bulbs?

Nope, they are not illuminated. I presume that you are speaking of the first iteration of the c70 and not the current iteration..................

I was a tad hasty in my reply to you.................no the centre outlets are not illuminated but yes indeed, the panel just above the headlamp switch does have two 'lamps' contained within it. The left lamp illuminates when the headlamps are on.............not when the running/parking lamps are lit. There is a second lamp to the right of the 'head lamp' bulb that is illuminated when the dash lamps are lit. I apologize for the misstatement.
