Default Rear Seatbelts; C70 Convertible
I have a 2002 C70 convertible. Anybody have any ideas as to how to stop the rear seatbelts from flapping in the wind when the top is down?

Yes:

Put the seatbelt buckle over the plastic holder when stowing the belt under that holder. The weight of the buckle holds everything in place.
