Windshield washer fluid
 

Does anyone know if what kind of washer fluid I should use? Can I use the stuff you can get from a parts store that does not freeze or do I have to buy the Volvo washer fluid that I think you have to mix? Thanks for any help.

You can use any washer fluid.

doesnt really matter what you use...unless you live in freeing weather you can use pretty much any washer fluid..

well i believe you can buy from any auto store..its the winter washer fluid..I live in Miami so it doesnt matter down here..but I go every year to Colorado..and i know they sell the fluid at any gas station...

See thats my concern. In the book it tells me to get this mixture from Volvo 1 part alcohol or something for the freezing temperature and all but Im sure its much more expensive that if I go Autozone or something and pick up the washer fluid there. The winter blend of course.

Yeah but remember that volvo says that because they want to sell you volvo products and it is ridiculously expensive...

i don't know if its good or not but the ingredients are there...I know that these chemicals will not harm your washer fluid Box or the washer lines running to the hood..
