I am looking for a 2024 XC 60 plug-in hybrid car manual. I have a 2024 on order which should be in within 30 days and wanted to review a few things. I currently own a 2021 XC 60 plug-in hybrid so I am familiar with many of the features.

I cannot find where I can download a PDF copy of the 2024 XC 60 car manual. If anyone has an idea where I can get a complete copy I would appreciate knowing where I can go.

Thank you. I had been to that site and did not see how to download the PDF. I can read online but I want it on my desktop to read. Any thoughts?

 

I also wanted a PDF copy but I think Volvo wants to keep this on-line only so they can keep it up to date. Once you create a PDF version it becomes obsolete as soon as the first software update is released. I think you are out of luck.

 

I guess it makes sense to keep outline so they can update. You mentioned about creating a PDF of each of those sections that are available. I also was reading, I think, somewhere a person may have access to a full PDF once you own the vehicle and have a VIN assigned to an account. That's not how I did at my 2021 but things change.

 

I have a 2022 XC60 recharge and I had to enter my VIN to access my owners manual. I still do not see any way to get a PDF version. It does say you can download it to their mobile app:The Owner's Manual can be downloaded as a mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The app contains videos and exterior/interior images of the vehicle. These images contain hotspots for various functions, components, etc., which lead directly to related information. The contents are searchable and the sections are designed to be easy to navigate.

 

thanks, I will see what happens when I take ownership of the new one. Since I have a 2021 XC60 recharge I know most of what to expect.

 

well I see no where where a paper version is available for the XC 60. I just to have to be at my desktop. Phone too small for me.

 

you should be able to read the manual on the car's center display too...

 

yes I've done that but I much prefer to be able to read from a PDF on my desktop computer with a 21 inch screen. Easier to search too so that's why I like to have a PDF of the entire 500+ page manual. On my 2021 Volvo XC 60 the manual was 700 pages. Understand all the features and are often used it to look things up as I began to learn about what Volvo offered

 

I also once spent quite a bit of time looking for a manual like that, so thanks for pointing it out. However, when I tried to save the PDF file to my computer, it wouldn’t open. I had to use the OCR PDF Converter https://pdfguru.com/pdf-ocr to convert the file into another format. I really want to keep it handy for when I need it. I think the issue is with my software, not the file itself.

 

In the link @mt6127 posted above once you get to the online manual, I am seeing an expandable item under the search box "Show other documents for download" which reveals a link to the PDF version.
