has anyone gotten the 3.3.16 update?

My volvo car app says it should be availble 'about 3 weeks after the release date', which was Nov 18, 2024. I received an email from volvocars 3 days ago saying to lookk for the software OTA update. so far my XC60 has not received anything; still says 3.03 is up to date.
i've got cellular signal everywhere the car lives and goes.

I'm new to this process and wondering if i have done what is needeed to receive OTA updates.
on the center console, i have seleted 'automatic updates''. is there anything else needed to set the car to accept OTA software?

Mine came in a couple of days ago. I let it run yesterday, and it installed in less than 30 minutes with no issues. So far, I haven't noticed anything different. You have to lock the car for it to work. You'll get a text from your app when the installation is done. Since I did it in the garage with the door shut, I'm sure it was already loaded and just needed time to install when the car was not being used.
When it arrives, you'll see a notice in your screen to schedule the install when you have time to lock the car and let the process begin.

 

of course - i got mine overnight - probably just as i was composing my earlier email. i drove the car to work, then started the install, left and locked the door. i didnt get any notification form the volco app on my phone, but it did show 'installing'. after restarting my app after abut 2 hours, it showed the update as complete - so i' should find it on my car when i get back to it tonight.

I received the update to 3.3.16 on my 2025 S60 T8 three days ago. It installed fine in about 30 minutes, as posted above. I have since noticed a few settings that have reverted to default rather than my prior settings. Drive mode activated the toggle to start in Pure Mode rather than my preferred Hybrid Mode. I just got the alert to check my back seat when shutting off the car (previously disabled). Are there any other default settings I should be tracking down?

 

I have a yellow icon and when I check for updates it says I am up to date and does not offer 3.3.16.

just did the OTA at home to software 3.3.16. Everything went fine. I hope I am on a good path now for updates. Also on 2021 I went thru 3 axillary heaters. So far on the 2024 all is good.

 

I have a 2021 xc60 5ti no hybrid just regular gas turbo engine. I don't trust the hybrid systems yet. I went to the dealership today to get latest update for my car and they said it will be $200 for them to do the update. I have bad luck with computers and weirdest problems occur when I interact with them at work and home even phone. I will call around some european shops around to see what they will charge. I need to find out what version I have now and if update is even necessary.
