I was going to change the power steering fluid and all videos and forums say to siphon out the old fluid from the reservoir. However, there is a filter in the neck of the cap opening and I can only get the tube down about 2 inches into the reservoir. I can stick my finger into the filter and it will rotate but it will not pull out. Is there an easy way to remove this filter?
