2001 S-40 Speedo issues

So I have a 2001 S-40 that I have drove for several years and never had any problems.
I am at about 145k Miles.
Today I pulled out of the Driveway and noticed that my Speedometer wasn't working and pretty much all of the indicator lights were on (Brakes,Check Engine, etc)
Drives and stops just fine.
I have read about an issue with the ABS Module going bad.
Is this likely the culprit in my case?
If that is the case, what is my best option for repair?
Any ideas on what else it could be?
Far from an expert so I figured some fellow Volvo Owners might be able to shed some light on this for me.

I was able to pick up a used abs pump and module for $60 at a local salvage yard. You should be able to swap out the module without opening the brake lines (my prob was a stuck valve in the pump so I wound up having to open it all up). There's some sites to do some research online (Victor Rocha is very helpful and rebuilds units Volvo ABS Problems and there are a few others who will rebuild. Typical rate is $200 so you want to make sure you don't have other issues like loose connectors, a bad speed sensor etc. A quick check is to look at your CV joint boots. Sometimes when they tear they can spray grease onto the hub which can bother the ABS sensors.
