Could be the downstream 02 sensor. Did you inspect it? Although not sure why it would alway be cylinder #3.

I finally went by the compression tester yesterday and tested the number 3 cylinder it had 70 all the other ones are a 150 did the test didn't change so looks like I'm pulling the head off thanks everybody for all your help
