2004 S40 Code PO171
 

Does anyone know the best way to take care of a po171 code... My check engine light came on and that's the code that shows up... I also have a scweelling noise from the belt/pulley ... The mechanic said he looked the belt/pulleys over and everything looked fine... He also could not make the noise happen again... Go figure... Any help would be great!
