Default 2005 S40 oil pan question

Hi. New to the forum but have referenced it before doing work on the car. The car has developed an oil leak at the bottom of the oil pan. It appears that there is a debris trap on the bottom held in with three Allen head bolts. Oil is dripping off the heads.I don’t know what that is called and whether or not they were supposed to be a gasket or some type of seal between it and the bottom of the pan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Some oil pans use a oil level sensor - held on with three bolts - the seal is an oring #8675328

Thanks for the reply. I had it off and there is no sensor but it seems to be a simple sediment trap. I will order an I ring and replace next oil change. Thanks for your help.

I've not seen that and can't find that in the parts catalog - must be some sort of blanking plate - hopefully the same oring seal fits.

Thanks. I think you’re right. It must be a shared oil pan with other 2.5 engined models; some with the sensor and others not.
