30896697 Control Unit.
 

I purchased a used 30896697 Control Unit. Now I'm trying to remove the old unit and everything is crammed in to the dash so I'm having trouble removing the old unit. It's a 2000 S40. Is there any magic to removing it. Also the connectors are super hard to remove, I don't want to break anything. Any suggestions?
