Back right wheel making noise

Okay, so I don't know much about cars so I thought I'd post here to see if anyone has any ideas. I have a 2005 Volvo s40 and the back right wheel/tire is making a grinding noise when i turn esp when I'm turning and breaking. Any ideas??
