Default clunk?

I have a 2005 fwd, i have replaced the axle, the "A" arm, the struts, the strut bushings, on the front of this car i have taken it to a dealership and a firestone and no one can figure where this noise is coming from, i have checked the sway bar bushings and the links all look fine as well as the wheel bearings.

It has a clunk noise when you hit a pothole on the passenger side along with a cracking noise occasionally when you turn the wheel, it sounds like the strut is loose to me but i know it isn't. i know it needs a passenger side motor mount but i'm doubtful this is whats causing this noise. Thoughts?

I was going to say motor mount but you already did. Is the motor mount hard to change? Expensive? I hate throwing parts at a car though.

the passenger side doesn't look to bad to do, but 170 bucks to guess sucks!

Very true. You did write that it "needs" it though.

I don't know about the 2005 model because mine is a 200 but in general the motor mounts make noises when putting torque on the motor or taking it off, so accelerating or braking/getting off the gas. Clunk noises when going over a bump sounds like strut mount to me. You cant see it from looking at the strut but if the mount is shot the piston of the shock can hit the body because the rubber of the mount does not keep it centered anymore. That will definitely cause a clunk. Try to open the hood, look at the strut from inside the hood and yank on the spring/strut at the same time. Be rough to it, the road surely is. If the strut mount is shot you should see it.
Another thing that made noises on my car is aftermarket sway bar end links that were slightly too long and hit the lower control arm.
