Driver side window motor
 

Hey guys,
My S40 1.9T has developed some problems with driver side window motor. It doesnt go completely up or down. However, it does go up/down one third of the window glass and then makes some weird freakin noise. I opened the door panel, cleaned the gliding thing and still the same. The window motor is pretty expensive. Is there a way to rectify this without having to buy the motor?
