European Edition 1.8L model 2008
Volvo S40/V50, European Edition 1.8L model 2008. Engine Code B4184S11.
Air condition Flaps are not turning from Heat to Cold and vice versa. I manually turn the flaps from the driver's bottom side using a screwdriver from a hole I created, but it isn't an enjoyable job.
So the problem I suspect is that the flaps are stuck. Re-Calibration of the CCM can possibly solve the problem? What are my options here? To disassemble the whole dashboard and try to repair/replace the flaps or the flaps motor itself?I didn't visit any technician until now to get any VIDA error codes that may CMM return. So, can I manually reset the CCM module? How to know if the motor is bad or just the flaps are stuck? Can other ODB diagnostics from a 3rd party manufacturer re-calibrate the CCM module?
