Exhaust Manifold Tube Sizes HELP
 

Hey guys, I have a 2005 Volvo s40 2.4i.

I'm trying to find out what specs of the exhaust manifold tube sizes for my engine, because I'm thinking about getting a custom header fabricated. Anyone know where I can find that type of detailed information?

I've not seen the specs published on any of Volvo's exhaust manifolds.. Might be able to find one at a junk yard and do some measuring yourself. Other then that, good luck finding out. Post up the info if you do find it.

Yeah I plan on calling a local junk yard today actually to see if they have any. Unfortunately it's not the most popular car around the junk yards
