Help identifying part- small plastic flap

Hello,
I found this flap in my 00 S40. Does anyone know what it is for? IT says Volvo, "30809988" under that, "Germany >PF<" on the other side, and finally "73180" on the bottom left. Help would be appreciated so I know if it's ok to throw out or what. Thanks!

It's theaccess cover for the ejection seat. Don't let the kid's or your mother-in-law find out about it.
