Idle speed too high

I had my car in to the dealer today to check out the CEL I had on. Apparently the only code it was showing was "idle speed too high." The guy recommended that we have them take the throttle body out and clean it good, does this sound about right?
According to them, they cleaned it and test drove it afterwords and it is fine I guess. None of the three codes I had in March showed up again (crankshaft position sensor, coolant temp sensor, or torque reduction).
Thanks
