I've replaced all 4 on my 2001. There are 2 under the engine front and back. They are mounted on the metal bar that has the skid plate. That's the thing that hits the parking curb first when you pull in too far. Not that I would know that from experience. Ha. These are very easy to replace by removing the bolt between the mount and the engine then removing the metal bar with mounts still attached.

The main drivers side and pax side mounts are more expensive and a bit harder to remove. For the drivers side mount remove the battery and air cleaner box. Support the engine with a block of wood and jack under the oil pan. The mount is then easily removed once you jack up the engine slightly to relieve any weight on the mount.

The pax side is easily unbolted with a deep well socket as the studs are quite long. The one strange thing about the new pax side mount is that Volvo changed the design of the large aluminum support for the mount. And a new one is not cheap. I got around this by cutting a new groove in the old aluminum support to fit the new mount. This works but it does weaken the support to possible cracks from vibration. So far so good though. Ymmv

Alright in your opinion what ones should I replace first. I wanted to do 2 at a time, but I can't afford to do them all at once. Like I said I have vibration and transmissions a little jerky

Forgot to mention, when I apply gas or brake and turn I hear a clunk by the break pedal... Could that be due to bad motor mount?

Sounds like all the classic signs of bad mounts. Mine would vibrate noticeably with the car in gear and your foot pressing the brake pedal.

You can always inspect the mounts before replacing them. The bottom 2 can be seen in place under the car. Look for cracks in the rubber. Mine was split all the way around. The top 2 can also be removed and inspected. On my 2005 the pax side mount was split completely into 2 pieces.
