Oil leak
 

Hello, I have a pretty substantial leak on the passenger side of my t5. From the looks of it it’s the oil cooler lines and maybe the oil cooler itself. Has anyone run into this problem and can anyone guide me to find the correct replacement parts? I’d like to replace the lines too

Also check the turbo oil return line seal - that's a common fail point and can make quite a mess. Have you cleaned up to see where exactly the leak is coming from? There's also o-rings for the oil cooler hoses that can harden and leak even though the hoses are good so its prudent to clean up and determine the source. You didn't post what year you have but the parts are available from the usual Volvo friendly web stores like FCP Euro, IPD USA and dealer stores like Tasca Parts. I like to start at a dealer store to find the genuine volvo part number then search using that number to get prices and options.
