I just got the code p0101 for my check engine light and I need to what to check. My air filter is clean, but I still have this issue. I have a Volvo 2002 s40.

What to do? What do I do?

Ok somewhere there is a typo: Your title is P0010 which is "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1)

But in your post you state: P0101 which is Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Range/Performance Problem

Which one is it? The first one could be the CVVT solenoid not working properly. The 2nd one might simply be a dirt MAF which you remove and clean with MAF spray cleaner.

 

The CEL OBD 2 code is p0101.

Ok, go buy some MAF cleaner at the auto parts store. Nothing fancy, just the store brand stuff. Remove the MAF from the car and clean it inside with the spray. It dries quick and leaves no residue. Reinstall, clear the code and drive it to see if the code returns.
