Pls help,S40 high pitched squealing noise

Hello,Everyone:
My Volvo S40 (2009 year car/ 34000 miles).
S40 make noise which is maybe from the front wheel bearing when car on low speed,It sounds like high pitched squealing noise.
who can tell me what happen, Thank all!!

Let's cancel out the obvious, does it happen only when you slow down? Brakes maybe?

At 34000 miles? Jeez you'd have to be really horse beat the poor thing to wear them down that fast no?

Have you ever seen a car with the brake lights on while cruising down the road? People sometimes drive with 2 feet, one on the gas and one on the brake. Most don't even realize they are doing it.
