Power door locks and windows

I have had an intermittent issue with my power door locks for about a year now. Took it to the dealer a few times when it was under warranty, and they never found anything wrong. It started with the remote entry key not working. It would unlock the passenger side doors, but not the drivers side. However, the button on the inside of the drivers side door always worked.

Now the issue has progressed. With the door closed, the remote entry does not lock \ unlock the drivers side door. The button also will not unlock it and you can not operate the passenger side door. I don't think it is a fuse due to the fact that it works with the door open. I'm thinking about pulling the door apart and checking the wiring.

Looking for any suggestions as to what may be the issue. Has anyone experienced anything similar? If so, what were you able to find out.
