Reliability Question

OK, Ive made it to 174,000 miles, rebuilt engine by a very capable friend, new control arms, AC, some switches, gonna have the tranny fluid changed when I get my (elusive) spare key. Maybe change the oil again. The big thought is I'm a service tech and may be putting my S40 on the road. Will this car hold up to 3k miles a month? I'll be traveling over state lines and such. Soooooooo, any other road warriors driving a Volvo? Oh, new job possibility, wish me luck.

Thanx everyone

my thoughts are that you have a 10 year old car so things will fail... I would not worry about catastrophic drive train stuff - more likely smaller things like fuel pumps, sensors etc. I've owned several 200K+ mile cars and found its more the nickel and dime stuff... No reason to expect you can't get 250K+ on a properly maintained car.
