Repair or Service Manual for S40 2002
 

Where can I get a a service, or repair, or maintennce manual for the 2002 S40? I thought that there might be a manual for the published by Haynes or Chilton by now.

sometime it takes a few years to come out with repair manuals. most of the time haynes and chilton wait until a car has been out a few years before they make a manual. id imagine they'd come out with one soon since the s40 has been out for a couple of years. your best bet might be to try volvo factory manuals. i know for my car they have manuals for all different aspects of repair. u could probably get them from volvo or from a volvo dealer

IPD has the Haynes book UK version. I have found it very helpful.

Thanks for the respons, Actually tried a few different searches which broad me to this forum. Found it now!:)

I also like to use some of the online (US) dealer parts web sites to find diagrams (ie volvopartswarehouse.com and others) and to get part numbers for my specific model/year. Another good resource is volvowiringdiagrams.com. As always the forums are #1 for ideas on possible causes.
