Welcome to the forum.
I highly suggest reading in these two threads linked below.

That is for starters. These threads will help you out in the long run. Bookmark them if need be.
To answer your question yes and no. There aren't that many turbo kits available on the Volvo aftermarket. I only know of one place that sells upgraded turbo kits and personally I wouldn't purchase anything from that company even if they are selling another companies parts. However that company is called VolvoMotorSports, http://www.volvomotorsports.com/catalog/index.php
They have two turbo kits listed under the s and v 40 section.
1. http://www.volvomotorsports.com/cata...roducts_id=106
2. http://www.volvomotorsports.com/cata...roducts_id=102
Now I cannot answer if these will work for the T5 or not. I would e-mail and or call VMS and find out. Also a few people have had major problems with VMS and their products quality and like I said personally I wouldn't buy from them.

Personally if you want more power I think you should do some other things before going with an upgraded turbo. Because even with a bigger turbo you can only raise the boost so much before all the other components limit you. So this is what I suggest...
1. STAGE ZERO, read about it in the second link in my above post. This is a must do before modding. Even though your car is an 06 it probably isn't running at its best and STAGE ZERO will bring it back up to snuff. Also get a boost gauge with STAGE ZERO. One that can read 25 In Hg / 25 PSI.
2. Downpipe, 3" mandrel bent. EuroSportTuning (EST) sells one, you could also look into having one custom made a local muffler shop, but be sure they can mandrel bend.
3. Catback, 2.5" mandrel bent to a free flowing straight through design muffler such a BORLA or Magnaflow that is if you go custom. Again EuroSportTuning (EST) has a few options for you. If you decide to upgrade your turbo then go with a full 3" mandrel bent catback system instead. But again I would do mods 1-3 first before upgrading my turbo to something bigger. If you can do mods 1-3 and a turbo upgrade at the same time as well as the ECU upgrade to take full advantage of all the potential power.
4. ECU Upgrade, BSR PPC and again EuroSportTuning (EST) sells this item.
With these mods you will defeintely see a gain in performance and you will like it. You will see the most gains from the Downpipe and ECU upgrade. If your going to ask about intakes, I suggest replacing it with either an OEM panel filter and or getting a performance panel filter like K&N and or the one EuroSportTuning (EST) sells.
You may want to contact K&N about their CAI for the Volvo s40 selection. http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...Prod=69-9000TP
I don't know if it will work on the T5 or not. But call and ask it wouldn't hurt to do that.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM VOLVO MOTORSPORTS!!! You have the 14t turbo since you have a T5, You can look into getting a 16g turbo which is bigger but you will also have to chip your ecu, get a larger downpipe and possible upgrade your exhaust manifold in order to use the larger turbo...for more info I recommend you visit s40concepts.net...
