Straight Pipes On S40

Well, You'll need some straight pipes and some to weld them up or some clamps to attach them.
Are you just talking about just removing the muffler or do you want a straight pipe from exhaust manifold to tip?
A little more detail of what you're looking at doing would help us to see what you'd need

I run muffler-less on my 1.9T, and what do you mean straight pipes, no cat and muffler, or no muffler's?
If no cat and you live in a place that does heavy emission's testing, then befriend a performance shop employee that does custom exhaust work, and ask him after hours for cash to remove your cat's and then call it a day. You'll be extremely loud and being in the car for long periods of time will give you some pretty amazing headaches.
