Hi folks,

New to the forum... I may be picking up my sister's 2000 S40 soon. I need a hitch to haul a simple utility trailer for household stuff, and occasionally, my cycles.. I see that Uhaul makes one.

So 2 questions:
1. Any experiences/feedback on the Uhaul hitch, or any other reccommendations ?
2. Is the S40 Prewired for a hitch adapter ? Possibly from Volvo ?

Guys, I need help also. I have a 2007 S40 with the dynamic trim sport package. I'm thinking of getting a trailer to tow my motorcycle, but can I get a hitch for the 07 S40?

A friend of mine recommended Hidden Hitch after installing one on his VW Jetta. I ordered and installed one on my V70 and I had a pleasing experience. hey ghostrider did you get a hitch on yours? i was told i needed software upgrade to run the trailer lights. cause the cars system will see current drain and the computer will flip out.
