Undercarpet Foam 2005 Volvo S40
 

I need some help. I have a 2005 Volvo S40 with a sunroof. Every now and then the drain gets clogged and water backs up into the cabin. They should recall this issue but I guess that another problem for a later discussion. The carpet has been soaked several times and now there is mildew in the foam padding. I took out all the carpets to let dry and bleached the inside of the car to get the mildew out. I need to replace the carpet and the foam. Is there an after market place online that I can order the carpet or should I try cleaning the foam out? I don't think that there is a way of cleaning it since it's like a sponge. Any suggestions?

It sounds like your water leak may be coming from the AC Drain from the air box.
