05 s60 2.5T AWD fuel pressure issue

First time posting to this site because this problem has me baffled. I have an 05 S60 2.5T AWD with approx. 160k miles. About two months ago I was experiencing an intermittent sudden loss of power. The car would lose power at any speed and it would cause a bucking sensation. It felt as if the car was trying to stall out, but it never would. Scans revealed a bad fuel pressure sensor as well as low fuel pressure. Replacing the fuel pressure sensor stopped the immediate problem but the car still had low fuel pressure (around 40 vs the 60 it should read). I then replaced the fuel pump (a real PITA job) The car drove fine for about a week before the check engine light came on again. It felt a little sluggish but still drove with no issues, and the light went off within 24 hours. About 5 days later it came back on and about five minutes after that the car completely died on me. I had enough momentum to turn onto a side street and safely park. I put it in park and it turned over with no issues and drove with no problems (with the check engine light still on). Tonight I replaced the fuel filter as well, even though I replaced it about 8 months ago. I reset the light and now it's driving fine but still feels sluggish. I also recently (within the past month) cleaned the throttle body. Has anyone had a similar issue. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

update

The car is still running ok, but not correctly. The check engine light is on and it's throwing a code for low fuel pressure. It's not stalling out but it's definitely very sluggish. The fuel pump, fuel pressure sensor and fuel filter have all been replaced in the past month. The throttle body was also cleaned. It seems others have had a similar issues but after replacing these items the problem was fixed. Please help. this is driving me nuts!

How did you make out??

Unfortunately I havent been able to find any info on what might be causing the problem. The car runs and drives but is sluggish and throwing a code for low fuel pressure. Any ideas?

from past experience I know that low fuel pressure could be a fuel leak, fuel pressure regulator, clogged fuel filter, fuel pump. the regulator and filter are inexpensive and easy to change so I'd change those. If it was a leak u should be able to smell it. That leaves the pump. Did one on a ford and it was easy. I got pump from a buddy for 50.

Did this ever get solved? Im experiencing the same thing and I have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, module and pressure sensor yet still throws a p0089 code. I feels fine until below half a tank.
