Default 06 S60 with a bunch of electrical problems

This is my ex's car and Im not sure when it all started. But a week ago both rear door windows stopped working. Mileage just turned 158K.
Then trying to get the car ready for a NH state inspection I noted the LF marker light and 5 bulbs in the rear were out.

Also the trunk and gas filler door release doesnt work. The trunk interior lights dont work either.

Turns out the marker and 2 other lamps were good and with the bad bulbs replaced the tail lights and license plate lights are rapidly flashing like a strobe light.

Ive checked all fuses, tested/reseated all fuses plus the fuse panel and other connectors. Disconnected the trunk harness. Nothing changes. The dealer wont commit to any cost estimate and starts at a $112 minimum. The mechanic that usually does most of the work doesnt have a clue after I drove it over but suggested a Body Control Module wire or connector problem. Is this the box under the drivers seat?

For the windows, I'd suggest searching on forums about the CEM module issues, sometimes caused by water leaking under the dash (from a sunroof drain tube). Could also be a battery leaking inside the siren (alarm) module. As for the bulbs, it takes a specific type of bulb on each socket, otherwise they get quickly burned.
