18 S60 inscription question
 

just bought a new S60 T5—what is the meaning/purpose of the sliding scale under the heading of power on one of the display settings? I don’t see it referenced anyplace in the book? It’s one the right side Of display and appears to float up and down—but I have no idea what it means.

Any suggestions?
