None. With out a car being tuned for the bigger turbo there will be No gain.Take a look at company's like. The cost of makeing more power from a S60 does not come cheep. But its well worth the cost of a tune.

forget about the turbo for now and start looking at first a stage zero.Get the car running perfect before you go and add more power. . Plugs, belts,Vac lines from the TCV,intake couplings. Then start with OBX catless downPipe $150 on Ebay and exhaust OBX or find a local shop and have one made. This will again save you $400.These will give you the biggest gains in HP Then look at Rica,IPD or Elevate for a tune. They all cost about the same and HP gains are close.Just a matter of taste. Rica right now seems to be the best and allow you to read and clear DTC right from handheld unit.Im not sure about the milage on your car but if it is near the 100,000 do the timing belt, idler pully and tensioner. Here is a great place to buy parts European Car Parts Online Catalog & Free Shipping | FCP Euro Prices cant be beat. GL

Ok here we go again... Just adding a bigger turbo will not gain you any power, you need a tune to get the new power from said new turbo. You also bought a Volvo not a car you should buy if you want cheap upgrades in any fashion.
1. Do STAGE ZERO. That means getting your car up to par like it would be factory NEW. Add in a boost gauge that can read 25 In Hg / 25 PSI, some silicone vacuum lines and turbo hoses to boot. You might want to add in some T-bolt clamps for the turbo hoses as will more PSI being pushed you can run the risk of blowing a hose off. Yes I know I have done it a few times. T-bolt clamps keep them on nice and tight.
2. Add a performance panel filter or one of the various SRI's on the market for Volvo's.
3. Install a full 3" mandrel bent turboback exhuast system. That is a 3" downpipe to a
3" catback system with a free flowing muffler like BORLA or MAGNAFLOW. You want all mandrel bends for the best flowing exhaust as possible.
4. Next you'll want an engine management system tune (ECU). Various tuners on the market from the extremely cheap to the god awful expensive. You get what you pay for and I suggest going for the more expensive tuners as you get quality instead of quantity. IPD USA, RICA are two of the best tuners on the market today. You want to do this last as it will take into account all the other mods you have done and you'll get the best performance out of all of them.

It cost $895 from all 4 of the companys that sell them. IPD,EST,Viva and Elevate. But keep an eye out for group buys . Thats what i did and got tune for $550 for Elevate. They are very close in gains but Rica and IPD have DTC reading and clearing as part of the tune.Elevate you have to pay an added $150 for it.But Elevate on paper has the biggest gain. All just a matter of taste and what you are looking for out of your car. DD or track time.
