Default 2004 S60 CEM/TCM issues

For about 10 years I have had a problem with my 2004 S60 where there are a variety of symptoms ranging from hard shift, all dash lights on and guages inoperable, limp home mode, crank but no start, and start but won't stay running. These sometimes happen simultaneously and always intermittently. I have replaced the BCM, the CEM, the antenna ring, ABS receptacle housing, traced wiring, updated the CAN, reloaded the TCM, replaced keys, and more. The problem hasn't presented for 3 years and we had thought that it was because we were only using one key, in one position. When I tried another key, the symptoms began presenting themselves again intermittently, even with the original key. Two dealers and two independent Volvo specialists can't crack it. Ever seen this before? Detailed symptoms, DTC codes and repairs attached.
