Default 2004 S60 Stalls While Braking andTurning

I'm new here and am hoping someone can give me some help with my problem. Every once in awhile my car will stall while I depress the brake while making a turn. I can pull it over, and it will start right back up with no problem. It seems to happen more often if I'm traveling faster and have to get on the brake harder in order to make the turn. This broblem only pops up every couple of months or so. There are times that it feels like it is going to stall because the RPMs go down to about 500, but if I give it some gas, everything is fine.

Has anyone else experienced this, and if so what needs to be done to fix the problem? Other than this issue the car runs great.

I had the same problem on my 2004 S60. I took it in and there was a recall on a part. This was a few years back and I don't remember exactly what was the cause. Have your local dealer check it out and it should be covered under the recall.

The recall was on the fuel pump and another was on the fuel pres. sensor. Bring it to your dealer and they'll check it for free. Have u changed ur fuel filter yet. A clogged filter can starve the engine of the needed petrol
