2012 S60 crazy electrical issues

2012 S60 T5, 40k miles. Occasionally pressing the start button just gets a loud CLICK and nothing else. You have to open and close the door (sometimes more than once) and then it starts fine. Twice the click has also resulted in complete electrical outage...no dome light, no hazards, nothing, as if the battery is totally dead. But let it sit overnight...and suddenly everything works. The passenger door lock also failed for 2 months then suddenly started working.
3 dealer visits and they swear there’s nothing wrong. No codes, battery is fine, alternator, starter, cables, ignition all good, software reloaded, thoroughly checked. But it still does it and it’s getting more frequent.
Anyone experienced this? Any guesses what could do this? Anyone know a good automotive exorcist? Thanks in advance!
