Hello All,

Just purchased a new S60 T5 Dynamic and have a question regarding the navigation. After leaving the dealer, I noticed on the way home that my navigation was not providing verbal directions as well as POIs and upcoming exits. Also, I was unable to give voice commands for navigation, receiving a response that this was not an option, and I was unable to get the Sirius Traffic and Navigation to work. So, I took the car back in the following day to the dealer. They were all stumped and claimed that it had been escalated all the way up to Volvo corporate.

Finally, the dealer determined that the Dynamic's Navigation is dependent upon an Internet connection and that is why it was not working as expected as I had not setup the data with ATT yet. Is this correct as I haven't got my car back yet from the dealer - they forgot to check the voice navigation functionality. I am having a difficult time believing that the Nav is dependent upon a data connection.

My Nav sucks. Never understands a verbal command. I am taking it to deaker to look at. I have the 2017 XC90 inscription. Sometimes I say Navigation go to and it asks me about Music other times like you gives me options in a list that aren't acceptable.
