Default Brake issue

We own a 2004 Volvo S60 2.5T that has just been a problem. This morning was backing out of the garage to go to work and the brakes were acting up. Everytime I tried to backup it sounded like it was breaking glass and wouldn't reverse very far. Then pulled the clutch in the middle up and down and got it out of the garage and drove off to work but it still made a glass breaking sound but got to work fine and then the brakes were working fine like it never happened. Now, I washed the car yesterday. Could that have something to do with it. Would water freeze or make the brakes stuck? We've had to replace lights several times and it's always the low beam headlights. Once we took the car to the dealer for body damage and while there someone poured pee all over the backseat and floor which was hell and the dealership said it was happening at dealerships up and down that street which was a lie. It was someone in the service department and then when we wanted to talk to the manager they told us to take the car and leave or leave the car and leave and they never repaired the backseat and carpet and it smelled horrible and we had to make a claim with our insurance and have it fixed at a different dealership. So, it's just been a issue.

Maybe a problem with the e-brake shoes sticking in the drums of the rear rotors ???

For the parking brake it's important to remove the rear brake drum and inspect inside were the handbrake shoes (different than the rear brake pads) are seated. It could be rust inside the drum or an issue with the brake shoes. Sometimes the brake shoes will disintegrate and cause further damage.

As for the bubs, usually it's caused by improper wattage.
