Brand New 2022 V60 Polestar Engineered automatic shift to neutral?!
Brand new owner here. I've had a litany of issues (restarting screen while driving, which changed driving mode mid-tight corner), vehicle not starting, check engine light, vehicle not charging. On my third dealer visit in three days. Dealer told me to come pick up the car today and wait for a software fix that was already in flight (so they sold me the car knowing there were issues...).
Stopped at a light, hands on the wheel (in "D"), I swear to all that is holy I didn't touch the shift lever and I hit the accelerator to find myself in neutral.
So I take the car back to the dealer, doing a single "shift into neutral test" in the driveway before I hand it over. Told later they took the car out and did the same "shift into neutral test", pulled some sort of telemetry, and saw two instances of shifting into neutral but not three.
Despite the former, the dealer clearly doesn't believe me and wants me to come in and do a ride along test to "show how I'm driving the car", which seems pointless. They want me to pick the car back up, which I don't feel safe driving because of the starting and shifting issue.
Any tips on prior weird V60 experiences, what recent-model V60 diagnostics are available, and general dealing with Volvo corporate/dealer issues are welcome. Right now in full regret on the purchase...

I am looking into legal representation to make sure I document everything correctly... serious mess. Waiting 2-3 weeks for a software update on the car and then I suppose I need to drive around with a video camera on the shifter and dashboard...
