CEM Communication lost
Hello everyone!
I am new to this forum and I hope i can contribute as well as get some help from the knowledgeable folks on this forum!
I am having an issue with my CEM, this is on a 2012 S60 T5.
Battery died and by me rushing in the dark i made a stupid rookie mistake by crossing the terminals with the booster pack.
Now car wont start, saying there is an immobilizer issue, trouble codes are: U014000 Lost communication with CEM.
I have not checked all of the fuses yet but i am wondering is there a fail safe or a fuse that protects the CEM module?
Or did i fry it?
Thanks for any help!

blown fuse. Check the small fuse box under the hood next to the battery. Also check the bcm connector and bcm. Your CEM is good if that's worrying you.
