Hey, y'all! I'm thinking about doing a custom exhaust on my 2004 Volvo s60 2.5T AWD. Any recommendations or suggestions?

 

If you want sound, just do a resonator delete. Cut it out and weld something in place. Muffler shops can do it pretty cheap if you dont want to do it yourself. Thats honestly all you need for a catback. Downpipe you can upgrade if you want to go for more power with a tune, but if you are running your car stock, just keep the oe. Thats the budget option there.

If you do want a downpipe, get something custom, nothing online will match in quality : price. I see them online for like 700-800 dollars and my local volvo guy sells nice 100% stainless steel high flow cats , with no CEL I may add, for like 500-600. IPDs catback is VERY loud. For sound you're best exploring options on youtube to be honest.
