Anybody have any info on where I can find a downloadable service manual (PDF) for a 2005 S60 T5? I have done a few searches, but haven't really come up with anything. ...I figured maybe someone here has already come across one.

People use VADIS - its the official volvo service guide - but you'll have to find an "unofficial" copy. You can buy a Haynes manual for the s60. Its the UK version, but the basics are all there, (steering on the other side of course). You can find the Haynes manual on ebay.
