Is this a fair price for an 03 S60
 

I am going to have to sell my recently purchase 03 S60 2.4T and I was wondering if I was asking a fair price? I am currently selling it at payoff, which is 23,000. The details are listed below with options including geartronic, 17 inch wheels, elect. climate control etc.
